Not only can you brighten up someone’s life with the vibrant colors of AFSA's note card, the cards provide the recipient a gentle reminder of common FMS/CFS/MPS symptoms. And the best part is that proceeds from AFSA’s note cards will go to fund research! (The cost of printing the cards has been generously donated by Fibromyalgia Network.)

With the holiday season just around the corner, consider purchasing packets of AFSA's note cards to give away as gifts. Also, while you are placing your order, make sure that you reserve a packet for yourself to use during the months ahead! Just fill in the order form and mail it in with your check payable to AFSA—see address on order form. Above is a sample of AFSA’s new note card. Full card size is 4 1/2" x 6". The inside is blank for your personal notes and letters. The back cover says the following:

Proceeds from this card go toward AFSA’s mission to fund research on fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and myofascial pain syndrome (MPS). People with these hard-to-treat syndromes usually deal with pain on a daily basis. Other common symptoms may include severe fatigue, headaches, memory/concentration problems, and upset stomach/irritable bowel.
